1. Eligibility and age
Restricted products are intended only for customers who meet all applicable legal requirements. The site displays a 21+ notice, but an age-gate click is not legal-eligibility verification.
2. Federal, state, and local law
Customers are responsible for complying with laws applicable to their residence, destination, possession, and transfer. State and local restrictions can be stricter than federal requirements.
3. FFL transfers
Where required, a firearm must be transferred through an appropriately licensed dealer. Customers should coordinate with the receiving FFL before any shipment. The dealer controls the lawful completion of the transfer.
4. Verification and documentation
Any required identification, forms, background checks, licenses, permits, or other documentation must be completed through the appropriate legal and dealer process.
5. Shipping
Shipping availability and method depend on product type, destination, carrier rules, and applicable law. A shipping confirmation does not by itself mean that a regulated transfer is legally complete.
6. Returns and cancellations
Return and cancellation terms should be reviewed before purchase and must account for applicable regulated-product restrictions. Final policy language should be reviewed by qualified counsel and the licensed dealer.
